Pressure Wave LLC is a pressure washing, soft washing, roof and gutter cleaning, window cleaning and exterior lighting company based in Bothell, Washington, serving King and Snohomish counties. License PRESSWL755OT.
2. Using this website
You may use the website for lawful, personal or business purposes related to our services. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit false or harmful content, or copy or republish our text, photos, logos or design without our written permission. Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
3. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are free and without obligation. A quote is an estimate based on the information and photos you provide and, where needed, an on-site assessment. The final price is confirmed with you in writing, by text or by email before work begins. If the scope turns out to differ from what was described (for example, additional areas, heavier buildup or hard-to-reach surfaces), we will tell you and agree any change with you before continuing.
4. Booking, scheduling and cancellation
A job is booked when you and we have agreed on the service, the price and a date. Weather, safety and access can affect scheduling, so we may need to move an appointment; we will contact you as early as possible to rebook. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another customer.
5. What we ask of you
- Provide safe access to the property and to an outdoor water source and, where needed, electricity.
- Move vehicles, furniture, pets and fragile items away from the work area, and close windows and doors.
- Tell us about existing damage, loose or failing materials, or hazards (for example, aging roofing, failing sealant, delicate surfaces or exposed wiring) before we start.
- Make sure you are authorized to book work on the property, or have the owner’s permission.
6. Payment
Payment is due when the work is completed unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods we list on your quote or invoice. If payment is not made when due, we may charge reasonable collection costs where the law allows.
7. Guarantees and workmanship
We stand behind our work. Where we advertise a guarantee (such as our moss-free guarantee) or provide a warranty on lighting installations, it applies on the conditions stated on your quote, invoice or written agreement, and it covers our workmanship and the results of the service we performed. It does not cover damage or regrowth caused by events outside our control, such as storms, later modifications by others, or lack of reasonable upkeep. If something is not right, contact us promptly and give us the chance to make it right.
8. Holiday and permanent lighting
Holiday and permanent lighting work is quoted individually. Design, installation, removal, storage and any warranty terms for lighting will be confirmed in your written quote or agreement. You are responsible for telling us about any hidden wiring, structural limits or restrictions that apply to your property.
9. Surface and property condition
Pressure washing and soft washing remove dirt, moss and growth from surfaces, and they can reveal or worsen existing damage or weak materials. We choose methods and pressure appropriate to each surface, but we are not responsible for damage that results from pre-existing defects, deterioration or hidden conditions we could not reasonably detect.
10. Insurance
We carry business liability insurance for our work. If damage to your property is caused by our negligence, contact us right away so we can inspect it and resolve the matter, including through our insurance where appropriate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific job the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. Messages, calls and texts
By giving us your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you about your request, quote, booking and follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by telling us or by replying STOP to a text.
13. Third-party links
The website links to third-party sites (for example social media, review sites and PW Junk Removal). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
14. Disputes and governing law
Please contact us first if you have a concern; most issues can be solved with a conversation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the courts located in Washington State.
