This policy explains what information Pressure Wave LLC (“Pressure Wave,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit pwcleaningwa.com or ask us for a quote, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the quote form, call, text or email us, we receive the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, street address, city, state and ZIP code, the service you are interested in, and anything you add in the message box. We also record the page of our website you submitted the form from.
Information collected automatically
Our website uses the Google tag (Google Ads / Google Marketing Platform). It may collect your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, the pages you view, how you arrived at our site, and whether you tap our call, email or “free quote” buttons or submit the form. It does this using cookies and similar technologies. We use these signals to count visits and leads and to measure whether our advertising works. The events we record do not include what you type into the form.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule and perform the work, and follow up afterwards.
- To contact you by phone, text or email about your request or booking.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and understand which pages and ads bring in customers.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including through Google Ads.
- To meet legal, tax and insurance obligations and to resolve disputes.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Netlify — hosts our website and processes quote-form submissions, which are then delivered to our email.
- Google — provides the Google tag and advertising measurement, and serves our website fonts (which means your IP address is shared with Google when a page loads). See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Our email, phone and scheduling tools — used to reply to you and manage jobs.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
4. Cookies and advertising choices
Cookies set by the Google tag help us measure visits and leads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website still works without them. To control how Google uses data for ads, visit Google Ad Settings or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
5. Links to other sites
Our pages link to third-party sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google Maps and PW Junk Removal. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
6. How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to provide our services, handle warranty or guarantee claims, and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete or de-identify them.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may ask us to stop contacting you by phone, text or email. Email wapressurewave@gmail.com or call (206) 482-9322 and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to customer information to people who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Using the website after an update means you accept the updated policy.
